Hi John Guzman, As part of our investigation internally, we have discovered some disturbing information. Let's review it so the rest of our current clients and community can judge themselves. Firstly, we welcome all reviews posted online about our customer's experiences. We encourage all reviewers to respond directly to us so that we can better understand their grievances. After you published your first online review, we encouraged you to follow up with us directly. We did not hear back from you and even reached out to you via email, but we still have not received a response from you. You then proceeded to copy your review to all social media outlets and add additional false statements about our facility. We reviewed your claims with an open, unbiased mind and found many inconsistencies and apparent falsehoods. As part of our investigation internally, here is the series of events we have uncovered and documented: 1) You sent a BCC email to every dealership on Long Island stating what you wanted. 2) Barely any dealers entertained your requests, but we did in hopes of earning your business. 3) You left no contact information. We had to go back and forth through several email exchanges before you decided to give us a phone number to reach you. 4) The original digital retail member, Steve, sent you a vehicle, which you agreed to but did not commit to via email. 5) Steve requested the best time for you to set an appointment to see the car and materialize the deal. 6) You never responded with an appointment confirmation. 7) You showed up on Sunday posing as a new client and requested help from a salesperson. 8) That’s when you met my sales consultant, Mark. 9) You asked Mark to show you a vehicle, and he began to go through the process. 10) You picked a car you liked that was different than the original vehicle you priced out with Steve via email. 11) Mark Provided you with the numbers. 12) You did not agree to the price and then at this point, began to mention you already received a price on the vehicle from Steve. 13) You never mentioned to Mark that it was on a different and less expensive vehicle. 14) The sales manager John, who provided you with his business card from the moment he introduced himself, came over to explain the differences between the two vehicles. 15) You processed to react with strange behavior, exclaiming, "This is Fraud," "I'm out of here," and left the dealership. 16) Then you started with your online public reviews making false accusations about our dealership with no intention of resolving them. 17) We responded to your first review in an attempt to mediate any concerns you may have had, but you never responded. 18) You continued to copy and paste reviews on every social media post possible. Dealer Rater, Cars.com and Google just to name a few. It is at the point where your intentions are clear and a disservice to our automotive community by posting disinformation about Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM. Your behavior publicly on social media has become predatory and quite disturbing. We are publicly requesting you stop. We will also be forwarding your information to the other dealerships you contacted to ensure they are not hurt by the same malicious intent or abuse. We will be reporting your false reviews to each social media site as well to make sure you are registered as abusive so that each of your online reviews are removed.
