Great Experience at Garden City Jeep I recently walked into Garden City Jeep with the hopes of turning in my current leased Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was greet I recently walked into Garden City Jeep with the hopes of turning in my current leased Jeep Grand Cherokee for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and she introduced me to Salesman, Chris S. Chris was a pleasure to work with, he wasn't too pushy or overly aggressive. He truly made me feel like he was working with me rather than simply for the commission. After we reached an agreement on the price on a Friday afternoon, a few minor issues that I was concerned with had to be worked out before any paperwork could be signed. Rather than hounding me all weekend, Chris called Monday morning and he let me know he was working with his Sales Manager to accommodate my requests, and he was going to make sure everything worked out in my favor. He stuck to his word, and by Wednesday afternoon all papers were signed and I drove away in my new Jeep. Great experience!! More

I never felt like I was getting the car business treatment where they just try to lead you into a BS lease that you are not happy with. It was very easy to communicate my thoughts and questions about a new lease. After I had an agreed upon lease, Chris called me that night to tell me that he found a way to lower my monthly payments by another $20. I was very impressed and shocked that even after closing the deal, Chris went above and beyond to try and get me an even better deal. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I have leased 5 previous cars from 2 other dealership companies, and this by far was my best experience from beginning to end. Chris Slama was the sales rep who we worked with. After a series of bad experiences and weekends filled with BS negotiations, we walked into Garden City and were instantly pleased. We first spoke with the Manager, Vinny, who right away was able to change my bad mood around and showed us he would not use the back and forth car dealer BS that unfortunately is a typical experience when buying/leasing a car. Chris was honest, to the point and friendly. He knew his stats, was helpful in learning all of the car benefits and features and we would highly recommend him as the salesperson to work with to anyone walking into this dealership. Between Vinny and Chris, we were able to make what we felt like was the best deal, especially based off what other dealers had offered us. Not once throughout the process did we feel like they were trying to take advantage of us, they were very upfront with all costs. After agreeing on numbers, we sat down with their financial advisor, Tom. SUPER nice guy, very up front, very funny and got right to the point. My credit score slightly changed the tier for the deal we had originally agreed upon and Tom went completely out of his way to get back to as close to the original deal as possible. He even went as far as to throw in some extra security features into the deal for us. All three gentleman at this dealership completely changed the way we previously viewed car salesmen. This was by far the most headache free process I've experienced. We like to switch our cars every couple of years and will definitely be working with this dealership again in the future. More
