This is my 4th Mazda and the second at this dealer. One of the reasons is the consistent great performance of the service dept. They are always quick to greet you, the service is prompt, courteous and well explained. My other car is a Chevrolet, and my son has a Jeep. Both those dealers' service depts'. employees were sullen, often ignored you when you walked in, and the work took all day.These guys are good!
Although my Madza is a 2013 CX9, I still continue to have my car serviced at the dealership as I know the work is terrific and continues to be fair priced. The service managers knows me and know the vehicle and they are always professional and courteous.
