Took delivery of the car with a half tank of gas, one key even though I was told there were two early on, and was CONSTANTLY upselled even though I said early on im not interested in any add ons at all. My car has been there since last week to get some hoses worked on ($850 plus) but while they were updating something, the system crashed and now 5 days later I don’t have a car or a rental from Kia.
