I never owned a Honda before and was torn between going to a new make and model made me skeptical. I have owned Nissan's for the last 15 years! When I walked into the dealership, I was approached by a group of great, knowledgeable people and felt comfortable from the start. Alejandro Estremera, the manager greeted us and introduced us to our salesman, Braulio Lopez. The transition could not have been easier. There was no pressure to buy the car that night (as is the case in other dealerships). The haggling back and forth was seamless. We settled on a price within 1/2 hour of arriving! That has never happened to me in ALL my experiences. As you can see, I have nothing but nice things to say about this dealership and their staff. When Braulio took us on a test drive in the CRV, I was hooked! It drove great and I loved all the features. I went in thinking I would get a 2013 but walked out with a brand new 2014 less than I was paying for my 2008 Nissan! When I arrived home with my new car, my son asked me how I was feeling because usually I'm stressed out and have a headache... not this time! This time, I came home feeling very relaxed and confident that I made a good deal... not only did I make a good deal but I also made good friends that night.
