We brought our Honda in for warranty repair. We were told it would be looked at shortly. After 5 calls, 7 hours later the woman told us it was not looked at as they were very busy.We told them w We were told it would be looked at shortly. After 5 calls, 7 hours later the woman told us it was not looked at as they were very busy.We told them we had a family emergency and needed to come pick up our car We then received a call telling us we were out of warranty and it would be $1200.00 as it needed a compressor, clutch, coil, and recharge. We said no and we had to pick the car up to go to the hospital. 15 minutes later we picked up the car it was not looked at and they tried charging us $350.00.After I argued the bill they reduced it to $200.00 diagnostic fee. When they finally brought my car out after paying $200.00 for nothing.We dealt with our family emergency The next day we took my car to another Honda dealer who told me it needed nothing this dealer said, filed a claim with Honda motor corp. and had the $375.00 job done completely under warranty.RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER SHIP. THIS IS THE REASON REPAIR SERVICE COMPANY'S GET A BAD RAP. I did not purchase my vehicle from them I purchased it down the shore from Board Walk Honda. I was not treated fair when I tried to purchase local in Clifton from them. My daughter purchased 3 Honda cars from this other dealer so I tried it they did a warranty repair slightly out out of warranty and gave me a loner car. If this dealer ship was honest and gave me the proper service I would have purchased my next Honda from them. More
