wish i had purchased somewhere else. my sale was processed without my down payment, even though i made it clear to ivan and bryan that i intended to put $19k down. the fact that he would my sale was processed without my down payment, even though i made it clear to ivan and bryan that i intended to put $19k down. the fact that he would just decide to ignore me and not collect the down payment and process it correctly at the time made me feel disrespected and lose trust in him and the dealership. we were able to reach a resolution for the extra interest that would have incurred. even then, when i came back to deliver the title for my trade-in this weekend, bryan came back with an initial agreement in writing that was shifty and not what was promised, and he later came back with a revision that made sense. as a side note i was also returning to have a security system install and a bubble in the tint repaired. after two hours passed i learned that only the tint repair was completed, so i need to return another time to have the security system installed. mike garcia was helping us with that, and although i'm not stoked about having to drive back again from DTLA for that, he was very nice to work with and offered to fill my tank when i return for the install next week to make up for the extra time & travel. More
