Had the car towed to the dealership. I needed a new key and it had to be programmed. The service rep kept trying to get me to fix everything else wrong on the car... trying to up sell me I needed a new key and it had to be programmed. When I went to pick up the car I paid the cashier and waited a ridiculously long time to have it retrieved. Well over 30 minutes. More
