Hello Elizabeth, I only mentioned Jay because he has offered excellent customer service. Unfortunately it’s been impossible to get a hold of Ivan in finance or any other manager or supervisor since Friday March 27. You guys really need to work on that. I was promised returned calls numerous times towards the end of the day and nothing. It is unbelievable that there is no one ever available or that they are always busy like to call back. My mistake was to not check the reviews prior because for what it seems it’s been an ongoing problem.
