Took car in for a service and asked if they also take care of a recall for my car. Recall notice was delivered in May this year. I was told they didn't have the part because Honda wasn't even shipping t care of a recall for my car. Recall notice was delivered in May this year. I was told they didn't have the part because Honda wasn't even shipping them out to dealers yet and would have to get approval from manager to even order the part. I explained that the car was at times showing loss of power when accelerating and was told they would have to run a diagnostic to prove what I was saying. I would be charged $200 for the test if the result was negative. I was told the mechanic couldn't replicate the problem I was experiencing, but they replaced the part anyway. Miraculously somehow they convinced the manager to approve the order, ordered it, and the part was delivered to the dealership in less than 2 hours. I wouldn't have been so bitter about the experience but when they retrieved my car, they pushed both front seats all the way up and turned on the heater full blast. So yes, I get the message, they don't want me to ever return, which I will not. More

I had a bad experience with the service manager. I have bought both of my cars from that dealership. And I usually get a courtesy car wash . And when I request one I didn’t get one . And I usually wait . But this time I made an appointment thru the automated system and apparently they didn’t have it . On file and I requested to for them how long is the wait and they said that about an hour to an hour and a half and I said ok . Then I went to ask the service manager and they said that they don’t provide that service anymore. . I just don’t like that new policy of the customer not getting a courtesy car wash . I have paid a lot of money in warranties that I haven’t used . More
