Extremely predatory. Hard to work with and lies to get you in the chair and downright dismissive. Got the deal I wanted And paid my car off so I can Say this now: - Initially met David who made it seem like my deal that I wanted Was more then doable. I made it clear I intended To pay cash and purchase the vehicle outright. - David reached out and swore my deal was doable and not a problem. - A few weeks later after I do My research I’m ready to buy and David says go ahead and come on over. I do and another salesperson (tall guy with glasses and a mustache) swore that he could get me a better deal than what initially was discussed if I took The car at that moment. - So I come back in the evening ready to buy - and David goes back and forth with his sales managers for about 2.5 hours - all the while acting uninterested and like he doesn’t care to even work with me anymore. So I go to leave and he says “my sales manager wants to delete your info and doesn’t want to sell to you in the future” I say, no problem and leave. - David continues to text me for the next 3 weeks or so, against his sales managers wishes I guess (lol) - He finally reaches out and says he can do the deal I want, in cash. So I say great, I’ll come by to finish the deal. I show up, David isn’t there and it’s another guy (his brother supposedly - yeah right) and he suddenly has no idea about me wanting to pay in cash. I’m kinda over it at this point, so I agree To finance knowing I’m going to pay off majority of the loan on day one so I wont Accumulate much interest - since they said I could Do that. But then the top all of that off - after the lies and tricks to get me back into the dealership they hit me with an insane 20% interest rate and an $800 monthly payment. Obviously for me this wasn’t an issue since I planned To pay it down immediately, but them even proposing such a disgusting monthly and interest rate is predatory - they’re hoping people fail and default on loans. The refused to let me out a down payment down too in the beginning, even though I had The cash - so you do the math. The finance guy Ivan was pretty good and straightforward - didn’t try to upsell me which I appreciated after all the other back and forth. Overall, I think I still Got a decent deal, but I couldn’t not write a review on my experience. More
