We purchased a new truck and realized it would not suite are needs and we wanted to trade it for a van. The first phone call made they said "no problem we will get back to you tomorrow". The truck is used now come down and give us a check for $1,500 and we will do the switch. We where so frustrated. if they would have told us on the first phone call that they considered it used it would have saved us a lot of stress. We took the truck to a local Ford dealership and they made us a offer THAT we were getting at least some money back, insteaded of paying Garnet Ford more money for a van that is cheaper than the truck. We felt embrassed as it was and was willing to take a lost but not to pay more and take 2 days of phone calls. More
