We walked in hoping to leave that day w/ and SUV but unfortunately the numbers just did not work in our favor. We had Brad as our sales rep and we cannot speak highly enough about his service. From the second we stepped foot out of our car we were greeted by Brad w/ a smile and a jolly humor (in which made our car buying experience fun). He took the time to make sure that our needs were met for what we were looking for in a vehicle. Even though we didn't leave with what we initially wanted, he found us something even better. He got us into a 2016 Elantra and we could not be happier w/ our purchase. New Alantra They contacted me for my 2013 Honda Civic. I only had 13,000 miles on it and liked it so I stopped in just to see what they could do for me. Bottom line is I went from a 2013 to a 2016 with no negative equity and no significant change in payment. I am sure they got theirs as I would expect but I got mine too. Brian Baker was the dealer and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to go back nor would I hesitate to recommend Garvey. More
