I have been dealing with Garveys since they opened in 2005. I find the employees to be very knowledgeable and excellent to work with. The service department is excellent, they have always answered any questions I may have and fixed any problems and they don't just "fix it" and then hand me the bill, they explain what is needed and also explain any costs involved. Our first experience at Garvey was with Elvis. He was very friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. We left the same day with a brand new Sonata. And we are very happy with it. I have purchased two cars at Garvey and have had three cars serviced there. My original car was a junker but Keith and the service guys work with me to fix what I could as a starving student to keep me on cars serviced there. I traded in a 2010 Hyundai Sonata that I purchased from Albany Dodge when my credit was bad. I have worked very hard to repair my credit and was amply rewarded yesterday! Now, I am busy spreading the good word about Terrance, Bob, and Garvey and my incredible interest rate, 100,000 mile/10 year warranty, roadside assistance, tire warranty, etc, etc, etc! My boss is so impressed, he is going to check it out today!
