The customer service of the whole staff was first rate! Adam listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle and found me exactly what I wanted! Sales Rep Adam could have taken better care of me by making sure the service department serviced my purchasing vehicle way better than it was. I was given a vehicle that had needed rear brakes and rotor making sure the service department serviced my purchasing vehicle way better than it was. I was given a vehicle that had needed rear brakes and rotors as well as all four tires that were on their last leg. Vehicle came from flordia and has been damaged by the sun, which was not noticeable because they never washed it for that purpose. Definitely could have used a wash and wax to shine her up just a little bit as I understand it’s a used car. I have been to the same dealer and same sales gentleman (Adam) for the last several years. Overall I am not happy with how I was treated. Being a female I was taken advantage of. More
