Our Friends at Garvey Hyundai North have done it AGAIN !! And as Always... I must single out Sales Consultant, Mr. Brad Bernard . We recently presented Brad a " CHALLENGE" to do the Impossible. And ,as And as Always... I must single out Sales Consultant, Mr. Brad Bernard . We recently presented Brad a " CHALLENGE" to do the Impossible. And ,as He has several times in the past took on said challenge , all be it with some trepidation this time , and He Delivered Again !! This is our 6th vehicle purchase with our Friends at Garvey North . ALL thru Brad. We asked Him to find us a Specific Pre owned vehicle . A vehicle unfortunately not currently manufactured by Hyundai. ( Come on Hyundai time Build a Pick up !! ). Brad , as always, was more then honest and advised us " not to get our hopes up " "but he would do his best" . Within 2 weeks , He did the Impossible AGAIN !! He not only found the Specific type vehicle we requested... it was low, Low mileage and was already equipped with an option required to meet our needs, saving us future expense ! Obviously we've purchased the vehicle... It is Rock Solid and meets All our needs and then some ! Being Repeat costumers we hoped for perhaps a perk or two... but we Never expected how we were treated ! Our being repeat costumers was not merely Remembered nor Recognized or even Appreciated...it was Rewarded !! We got " One xxxx of a deal ! " in price , in Warranty coverage, in New Tires , in Above and Beyond Anything we expected !! Brad's efforts over ALL and simple reminder to Management that we are repeat costumers was met with nothing short of " ONE xxxx OF A DEAL !! And sincere Thanks from All !! Mat who handled our financing, warranty and extended coverage ... Thank You ! I apologize for not recalling you last name ! I/We can't adequately express how much we appreciate how the Garvey ( Plattsburgh ) Family has treated us through the years !! My Family and I have always felt welcomed and comfortable in Any and ALL dealings with EVERYONE there ! Joe Durkin and ALL in the service the department as well as Joe from parts ( sorry last name again ) are Great ! Thank You's! In closing... Brad Bernard, once again... We Can't Thank You Enough !! Above and Beyond doesn't begin to describe your " Sincere " Dedication towards your customers needs and impossible requests !! THANK YOU !!. And as I'm sure you've come to quietly dread now ...beware the next Challenge ! Lol Too Late now . But in Short ... Buy at Hyundai (Plattsburgh) ! They not only back their Hyundai products ...But Any Pre owned vehicle they sell ! They are dedicated to their customers ! Not Just the Almighty dollar !
