Legendary Service My girlfriend, daughter, and I came to Garvey with the intentions of just inquiring about a new Hyundai. We were leaning more towards a Tucson or Sant My girlfriend, daughter, and I came to Garvey with the intentions of just inquiring about a new Hyundai. We were leaning more towards a Tucson or Santa Fe, and low and behold they had a ‘17 Tucson that was 2nd hand with only 17k miles on it that was traded in just the day before. After our application process, meeting with the Todd Maynard (business manager), and some adjustments involving the trade in on our Accent, we drove out of their lot with our new Tucson. Brian Baker was our Sales Specialist and was phenomenal at how well he kept us informed throughout the process, how great his energy was, how genuinely nice he was with us as a family and especially with my daughter, and how professional he was while also being very down to earth. Was very impressed with the entire staff and how proficient they were at giving exemplary service. The Tucson runs beautifully, even with the severe slush/snowstorm we drove home in!! I would refer ANYONE to Garvey Hyundai and would direct them straight to Brian Baker, and absolutely will when the situation arises. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Brian and Garvey Team ?? Just purely wonderful! I went in to the dealership, with no actual knowledge of what I wanted to do other than look at options and to see what I’d like. Brian Baker, was am I went in to the dealership, with no actual knowledge of what I wanted to do other than look at options and to see what I’d like. Brian Baker, was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and family oriented. With my developing family and myself in front of him he had gave me wonderful options of what would be the best for us and the safest. With no time at all he had my family in a very nice Mid size SUV, I was reluctant at first but the more he spoke to me and the more I looked around and got a feel for it I begun to love it. We test drove the SUV and the family loved it. The service that Brian Baker gave was truly heartwarming. He was very down to earth and was ready for any question. Shortly after the test drive, He begun crunching numbers and had formed a wonderful deal for us. He presented the opportunity and I couldn’t refuse. While we were talking he had the service crew working in getting it perfect and ready to go for us. After signing paperwork, my family sat comfortably and safely in our new Mid size SUV perfect for us and drove home. It was truly awesome and the team of guys there were all very nice and helpful.
