Sloppy workmanship of service dept WARNING! Check you car for oil leaks if you have the oil changed in their service dept. I took my leases 2018 Elantra in for oil change and inspectio WARNING! Check you car for oil leaks if you have the oil changed in their service dept. I took my leases 2018 Elantra in for oil change and inspection shortly before leaving on vacation to Ohio. The day after we arrived I noticed an oil spot under the engine. On checking the oil it was down a quart. I took it immediately to the local Hyundai dealer there. They found a very loose oil drain plug, saying it had not been properly tightened at oil change. I literally drove 600 miles with oil leaking from the engine and the distinct possibility the plug could have fallen out and the engine blown up! Another great job Garvey Huyndai north service department!!! More

1 2 3 times and counting ! Several years ago I stopped in to buy a light bulb for my 2003 Tiburon. Brad Bernard introduced himself to me as I browsed the showroom. As we made small talk I expressed my cursory interest in a small SUV. Several hours later my wife and I left with a pre-owned certified Tucson. That's 1 . A few years after that we sought out Brad and inquired about trading in the 2003 Tucson . We threw him a challenge . We asked to leave with two vehicles and keep our payment close to what it had been on the Tucson . A challenge that drew a nervous chuckle from Brad . After assuring him I was serious and had confidence if anyone could do it He Could. Brad got to work . Several hours later we drove off in a 2011 Loaded , low milage pre owned Sonata and a 2005 , low milage Accent . Monthly payment only increased $26.00's. Challenge Met ! That's 2 Last week while waiting to have routine maintenance and a New York state inspection done on the Sonata I stopped in to see Brad at his desk. I hit him with another Challenge... Put me in a 2019 SUV with a strict monthly payment ceiling . No Trade in this time. The next day we drove off the lot in a 2019 Santa Fe . With a monthly payment below our ceiling ! That's 3 We kept both the Sonata and Accent from his previous Challenge Met as they continue to be Great Reliable vehicles . Brad is Amazing ! As is the entire staff ! Brad Bernard's professionalism coupled with his quick wit and personality is Tops !! I look forward to presenting him with a future Challenge down the road !
