Jon Munnik made things Quick and Easy and was VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. Service department is Absolutely Terrible. Nothing but Terrible Experience every time I need to go for something. Drop the car off and you’ll always get the “Hi Marshall this is Joe at Garvey Hyundai North you can text me anytime during your Service visit” don’t waste your time they won’t respond. You can call Garvey and they will get you over to service, they won’t answer and Don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t return your calls. You need to keep calling until they get sick of you than they will “Try to get answers”. Brought up an issue to the Service Department 10/16 and its now 11/21 and this hasn’t been correct all they had to do was order a new Part and install it its plastic it breaks I get it but a MONTH to get it Resolved! This Service is the one of the Reason I will not be buying another Vehicle From Garvey Hyundai North! More
