We came to Garvey Hyundai for test drive a Palisades and Pre owned Telluride. We met Jeremy and he walked us through both cars throughly , answering each and every question. Was told that the recalls on my 2020 palisade would only take an hour by Fred when I called for appointment. My car was dropped off at 10am and was not done till right before they closed. I was also asked w take an hour by Fred when I called for appointment. My car was dropped off at 10am and was not done till right before they closed. I was also asked when I dropped omit off if I would like complimentary car wash on my vehicle when not was done. I picked up my car dirty. I am very unhappy with the customer service I received today. More
