Once I settled with the 2016 Kia Soul set realistic expectations on the fact that it had not yet been serviced (it was a recent trade) and would also need to be detailed. Although I was unable to take delivery on the same day he clearly communicated all updates and delivered the vehicle to me at my place of employment a few days later. Being a formal salesperson myself, I can truly appreciate all of Claude's actions from a unique perspective. I went to Garvey Kia in Queensbury, NY which is about a 3 hour drive from my home. They had the best variety to shop from. They had very kind and helpful people to deal with which was different from a few of hour drive from my home. They had the best variety to shop from. They had very kind and helpful people to deal with which was different from a few of the dealers I called on the phone much closer to home. My husband and I drove the 3 hours to find 2 brand new 2021 Kia K5’s that we just love! Justin was so good with us! It was the first time for us to buy brand new vehicles...especially 2 at once! Justin was quick to answer my questions, he was very personable and helpful! I felt like I was talking to a friend vs. a car salesman. I didn’t really have any interaction with anyone else but the cars were beautiful and clean and the financing department did their part too! We are very happy and we will definitely be back! Anything that needs to be done to our new cars will be be done at Garvey Kia. I’m not bringing my car anywhere else. More
