I’m going to start off this review by saying this has been my best experience buying a vehicle in my life. I am finally in a good financial position in my life, but my credit is still very low, and I’ve been my best experience buying a vehicle in my life. I am finally in a good financial position in my life, but my credit is still very low, and I’ve struggled to get approved by anyone in the past year. I finally started my car search two days prior to the New Years, and came across a 2011 Kia Soul on Garvey’s Website. It was in the price range I felt I could afford, so I inquired about it. Very shortly after, I was contacted by Adam Schroeck who immediately seemed determined to get me into the car, and it was refreshing. I told him I had a Soul before, and that I’ve been searching for one in my price range since. After I let him know what I could come up with for a down payment, he did his magic, and got me an additional $1,800 off the online discount price, and had me driving my new used car by New Years! To continue, 4 days after my purchase, my battery was shot. I was a little bummed out, but contacted Adam, and he got me into Garveys Express Garage this morning. When I arrived, Adam wasn’t there, but I was greeted by Jeremy Liburdi, who instructed me to to go to the kiosk, and I was a tad bit irritated, but he remained patient with me, explaining how to set up my appointment with the kiosk, and explained how it would all work nicely and seemed very knowledgeable, which was comforting. After about an hour wait, Jeremy touched base with me and notified me that the battery was being replaced, and I’d be out of there shortly, and it would all be at no cost. Everyone that I have dealt with at Garvey has been respectful, genuine, and understanding. I look forward to continuing my business with them, and once again thank you all for everything! More
