Great Dealership! I went to Garvey because back in 1994, I went in with my friend who bought a Jetta there and the experience was so great (even as just a bystander) th I went to Garvey because back in 1994, I went in with my friend who bought a Jetta there and the experience was so great (even as just a bystander) that I have always remembered it and recommended them to others. Why haven't I purchase a car there myself since then you ask? Well, my first brand new car in 1996 was a Honda Del Sol which Garvey didn't sell and that was the car I wanted. My second car in 2004 was a Toyota Matrix and I did shop Garvey that time looking at a Hyundai Accent, but the Toyota dealer gave me more car for the money at the time so I went with them (That Toyota dealership has gone downhill since then in my opinion). But the Garvey experience was still great even though I did not buy there that time. That Matrix ended up being a great car and lasted a long time, but now I wanted a Kia Soul. We ended up dealing with Matt Frye. Matt is very new to selling cars and though he is still learning all the ins and outs of the models and features available, he is very honest about that which is refreshing. Any questions we asked that he wasn't sure about were not met with false answers as some sales people like to do. Matt took the time to go and find the answer for us so that we had the correct information. Matt put no pressure on us and spent a ton of time with us while we were deciding what to do and did a great job helping us get the pricing we were looking for. We ended up meeting Larry the service manager, Martin the finance manger and Lee the sales manager among others during our two days there and we were totally impressed with all of them. Each one taking time and going out of their way to help us with our needs. I never shopped for another price at another dealership and this is the first time that's ever happened. Could I have squeezed a few more dollars out of my monthly payments if I shopped more? Maybe, but there is a value to great service and we got excellent pricing on my Kia Soul and even better pricing on my wife's new Kia Sorrento which we leased the day after leasing the Soul. I can't say enough about this dealership! Highly recommended. Time will tell about the Kia vehicles as these our our first Kia's, but first impressions are fantastic. Matt Frye is an excellent, no pressure salesperson and if you're serious about a new Volkswagen or Kia, go see Matt and tell him Joel Glastetter sent you. More

bad service I went in to get 2 factory recalls taken care of and one for new valve stems ,everything went fine or so I thought and 4 days later thinking all was f I went in to get 2 factory recalls taken care of and one for new valve stems ,everything went fine or so I thought and 4 days later thinking all was fine with my care, My wife left with the car and doing yard work I noticed something in the driveway and found it was one of my Lug nuts so when My wife got home I notice 2 was off of the same tire and getting the lug wrench I noticed all the rest was barely tight ,so I will be very nervous taking my car back to them again. More

not true on there word I went into dearlership to purchase a new kia sportage worked out a deal that i thought was good and when i went to pick the car up the deal they quot I went into dearlership to purchase a new kia sportage worked out a deal that i thought was good and when i went to pick the car up the deal they quoted me was not the same they would not work with me but said they could lease me the vehicle didnot want to lease and buiness manager was rude i would sugest getting your own financing before going there. very rude people and dont tell the truth. Flat tire cost $500 "free road side" Bought a certified 2013 Kia two weeks after got the car wife had flat tire.she called me to change tire open truck no jack or spare tire called dealer Bought a certified 2013 Kia two weeks after got the car wife had flat tire.she called me to change tire open truck no jack or spare tire called dealer was told spare and jack are not standed equment that car comes with a roadside tire kit it was not in certified car I bought they would have it towed for free to their shop and patch it free of charge or put new tire on if tire was shot for charge that's fine. They have tow truck come get it that's about 2 1/2 hours ok that's fine ( if car had the roadside kit in it I would be home 2 hours ago) tow truck hooks cable on car and load it up and away he goes the garveys lot the flat was at about 3 in the after noon. About 7 garveys shop called ask me where the car is they are closing and the cars not their they are closing won't be able to fix till next day that's fine. Get a call from service deptment in the morning rudely wants to know where the cars for the car are it's in the middle of their lot and the want it moved! ( don't know they had it towed ask your tow truck guy not me) If the car had the roadside kit in it the car would not be in your lot! I called the tow company they said the put the keys in night drop call Garvey back and tell them what the two guy said they say nope no keys in night drop. It's noon now service guy wants key to pull car inside to fix flat tire we are at about 18 hours now ( if car had roadside kit we wound my be here ) " hey service guy have a tec roll a jack out to the car and jack it up and take the tire off and fix it" ya after lunch that's what we will do. 2 pm call from service guy called tire is shot needs a new tire but cannt get a match today I do have same size but it's a diffent tread . That this point I would take a bike tire to get the car back so yes put the tire on I will come with the extra key and get my car 3pm call car is done 24hours real pit crew cost $150+- new oddball tire $25+- routate tires so oddball tire is in the back of car $50 new post office key lost $100 new locks on house keys lost $200 new locks on other car keys lost Call Kia the are paying for new keys for this car very understanding but each deal ship is independently owned and Kia cannt tell them what to do it's up to the dealer. After this flat tire and the way I was treaded I will never have anything to do with them again and would warn anyone to stay away More
