I was fortunate enough to not only find Garvey but to work with them twice in one week. I originally got a 2019 Leaf because of the program I was in and why not try it out. Decided it wasn’t for me. Called up Jordan let him know what was going on and a few hours later him and his manager had a new plan for me not with the program and got all of my needs and more! I’ve never been to a car dealership that is as nice and works with me as much as they did! I’m so grateful I found them even with a 2 hour drive there it was worth it both times! Highly recommend! Initially had a easy experience dealership was easy to work with and were flexible with the purchase date for tax purposes. After opting for their skeezy “rust protection” and paying an extra $1000 I was work with and were flexible with the purchase date for tax purposes. After opting for their skeezy “rust protection” and paying an extra $1000 I was still pretty happy, then after getting my car I looked underneath to check the undercoating, to my dismay I found 0 wax. Texted my salesperson and they assured me the work had been done, so I asked for a work receipt and “oh a mistake has been made”. Then they asked me to take it back in for the work (mind you the dealership is not close to my house). So I just ask for a refund from my sales person and they straight up lie saying “the deal has already been processed by the bank and a refund cannot be issued” treating me like some idiot who doesnt understand basic finance. So i ask to speak to a manager about refund options and magically the sales person can refund me through a check they claim they will tell me when its sent. Has been 2 weeks since that text and have not heard from the dealership or salesperson about the check and have not received it. Extremely angry after bringing me through all these loops and lying to me on the way. Take your business elsewhere if you can, not all of them are bad apples but a skeezy experience for me, and not a pleasant one for my first car. More
