Sales Staff is top notch! I have purchased two new vehicles from Garvey in the past six years. Both times were both great experiences. This past week I bought a new 17' Tiguan. I have purchased two new vehicles from Garvey in the past six years. Both times were both great experiences. This past week I bought a new 17' Tiguan. I worked with Matt Frye as my salesperson and it was fantastic. I had contacted three other dealerships in the area in regards to getting what I was looking for and almost all of them gave me a run around. I couldn't even get a price from one of the big Albany dealers without stopping by for a "test drive". From the very beginning, Matt was attentive, open, and got me the figures and cost details I was looking for. I contacted him the day before and by 2pm the next day I was signing papers and driving away in my new car. I started with just email communication with Matt and he was extremely quick to respond and even called me to go over the best finance options available so I could have all the options possible (purchase vs lease). Most of all, when meeting with Matt to discuss purchase, there was no high pressure, no pushing, and it was just relaxed and open.
