Calm, no pressure, patient salesperson, very relaxed . Felt totally relaxed. There was no hovering over us and were given all the space needed to make our decision. We actually were not going to buy until Felt totally relaxed. There was no hovering over us and were given all the space needed to make our decision. We actually were not going to buy until next year and only stopped to window shop. Our salesman was so non pushy that we totally relaxed and started to look closer at what we were interested in that we actually purchased our Escape not only a year early but were able to purchase one with more options than we had ever thought possible.
