Great Service I made an appointment for 10 am on Jan 16th. Check in was easy and was told it would take up to an hour to perform oil change, rotate tires and change I made an appointment for 10 am on Jan 16th. Check in was easy and was told it would take up to an hour to perform oil change, rotate tires and change the wiper blades. I was back on my way 40 minutes later. They are top notch! Quick Repair Had a seatbelt issue with my 2016 Ford Fusion, part ordered before I left town on a trip. I returned and checked to see if the part had arrived, it had at 1100A that day. It was 230P, I ask "any chance you can get me in today to install the new part?" I live in midtown and work south, so it's out of my way to come north for service - being at the airport, I was close by. Pleasantly surprised at my last visit, I was informed my rear brakes needed replaced. I took my 2012 F150 in and got the oil change and rear brakes and all was covered by at my last visit, I was informed my rear brakes needed replaced. I took my 2012 F150 in and got the oil change and rear brakes and all was covered by my service plan. The dealership down the road that did my front brakes charged me for my rotors. The folks at Gary Crossley were able to get everything done covered by my service agreement. Needless to say they will be doing ALL of my future service work and will also be the dealership I buy my future vehicles from. More
