There was zero reason for them to do that. We had agreed to the more expensive terms. They saved me money that I wasn't even expecting. Great Customer Service Was having some problems with my 2014 Explorer having a hard time wanting to start. I went into the service department, where I was met by Christina, Was having some problems with my 2014 Explorer having a hard time wanting to start. I went into the service department, where I was met by Christina, their GREAT Customer service person. I told her the issues I was having and without hesitation she gathered the information from my vehicle and had them check it out. It turned out that the battery was having some problems. I had the battery replaced and they had me on the road within the hour. I have had nothing but Great Service at Gary Crossley and my salesman Gene Burgen, contacted me as soon as he found out I was in the service department. Can't beat that for nothing. More
