Service For being a customer of Gary Crossley Ford for along time, I had to take my 2014 Ford Explorer in for service due a gear shifter problem. I took my Ex For being a customer of Gary Crossley Ford for along time, I had to take my 2014 Ford Explorer in for service due a gear shifter problem. I took my Explorer in and was given my loaner car and off I went. After a few hours I was called and advised that my vehicle was ready. I retrieved my Explorer and off I went. The customer service of the dealership is that they treat you, no matter who you are, as family. If by chance you have and questions or issues, you can always talk with Christina, their Service Department Customer Service Rep. She is the best in the business. So I highly recommend them. More

A very pleasant experience. I called Tim Parnacott last week and told him I was looking to trade out of our 2015 Mustang GT convertible. Don't get me wrong, I loved the car but o I called Tim Parnacott last week and told him I was looking to trade out of our 2015 Mustang GT convertible. Don't get me wrong, I loved the car but our daughter has been diagnosed with brain tumors, and I needed something a little more practical. Tim got us into a 2016 Escape Titanium, all wheel drive, a $2,000 rebate, another $1.000 for being a first responder, and best of all, my wife just loves it. More

Outstanding service! I made an appointment for service - - the first one on our new vehicle. The place was busy! I was greeted promptly, signed the work order, and sat down. I less than 30 minutes, the car had new oil, filters, lube, tire rotation X 4, and a safety check with checks of all the fluids. Awesome job! More
