2014 Ford Focus transmission Granddaughter bought 2014 Focus. Never shifted right. Ford said it would get better as it was driven more. Something about the clutch. You start taking off and it just stops instead of shifting. People have come VERY close to hitting them in the rear end. They have a 2 year old in the back seat. They have taken it in for the replacement part at least 4 times. Told it won't leave them stranded. When asked, "What about getting into an accident and possibly hurting my child?" They say, "It won't leave you stranded." Like a broken record. Finally said they would fix it, but it will take 3 months to get the part in. Asked what they're supposed to drive for 3 months and they're told-the focus. IT'S NOT SAFE!!!! Been fighting this for 2 months, now must wait 3 months. Can't drive with child in car! REDICULOUS. NEVER BUYING FORD AGAIN!!!!! Tyler treated us like children and laughed at me when I spoke to him on the phone and said it was supposed to act like that. More

While I was shopping for a new half-ton I looked at and test drove all the different brands available, but came back to the F-150. There is a reason it is the best selling automobile ever made. The employees at Crossley Ford were very friendly and accommodating, and although I dislike car dealerships in general I can see myself returning to this one in the future. More
