One of the worst finance officer I ever delt with Went in to file a refund back for my Gap and extended warranty. Ken the finance officer treated me like I was nothing for coming and requested his hel Went in to file a refund back for my Gap and extended warranty. When I left there I called and asked for GM to let him know about this and all I got was his voice mail and as of today still not had a returned a call back. Guess this place does not care about former customer. I will not ever step foot in this place of business or buy another car from this place. More
