I attended the class she offered which was very informative and useful in a wide range of ways. I recommend taking one of her classes. She is an excellent resource at Gary Crossley Ford. More

Gary Crossley Ford does a great job of taking care of its customers not just during the sales process, but afterwards as well. This is our second car from them and they have a great service department and now also have training to help you get the most out of your purchase. I use their free car washes too. But what caused me to write this review is the free classes they offer to help all of their customers understand how to use the Sync services (mostly how to use your phone with your car) that come with Fords. What other dealer do you know that actively wants you to know exactly how to pair your phone with your car and get turn-by-turn directions and traffic alerts? Usually, they help you the day you drive off, and then you're on your own. Nope, not with Gary Crossley. I bought the car back in April, and they still follow up periodically to ensure I'm getting the best out of my car. They even have a full-time "Sync Specialist", Frankie Petty, who's job is to teach everybody how to use the car. She is available for questions any time she's working. Great service! More

Great Customer Service I purchased a car from Todd Gentry. He was not pushy and just made himself available for any questions I might have had. I do not like pushy sales people and they turn me off quickly. He is NOT that type. I recommend him as a knowledgeable salesman that lets the customer make his own decisions without unwanted interference. We have been back several times for oil changes, etc, and he always remembers me and asked about how I and my wife are doing. When I am ready to get a new car again, I will not hesitate to ask for Todd. I also took a beginner sync class from Frankie Petty. She helped me use items in sync that I did not understand until her class. She is both very knowledgeable about sync and seems very happy to share her knowledge with you. If you are having any troubles with your sync, she is the individual you need to ask for. Both of these individuals made my wife and I feel we were very special. More

Only complaint is the tussle you have to go through to get to a great price. It's part of the sales game I know but if you do not do it you pay more for the same product. This has nothing to do with the salesman, all to do with management policy, which comes from the top. I would have paid $50 more per month on a three year lease if I would have jumped at the first offer. That's $1800 over the life of the lease. I will definitely buy here when I get my mustang convert next year! More

He doesn't pressure you into looking at one particular car. Or puss one higher priced over a lower price. He listens and helps you find exactly what you want. Then he stays with you through the complete buying experience. He doesn't hand you off to some one and you never see him again. The finance department did a wonderful job and got us the best deal they could. The after market shop was wonderful. They helped us get our remote start and protective coating . Frankie Patty did a wonderful job on the My Touch class. The whole experience was a joy. And I know from past experience the service center will do a wonderful job taking care of us from here on out. I strongly recommend Gary Crossley Ford! More
