Problems occurred after the purchase. Acura owners manual is less than 150 pages. Compare that to my 2019 Honda Pilot owners manual that is over 725 pages. Info in manual is cursory with no reference to obtain additional info and ZERO detail to do any maintenance by the owner. I down rated the review by two stars for this and an additional star for the salesman's response to my request for getting more information. There is no factory printed or online service manual. Only option is to spend $30 per day for online access to get even the simplest maintenance details like how to change engine and cabin air filters, oil change procedure, torque values. My opinion is that corporate Acura is forcing more people to use the dealers service shops where you will be overcharged for whatever you have done. Of course you don't know any of this until after you have bought the car. More
Sales was good. Got up at 3:30 AM to bring a friend over 300 miles to buy a car. Finance department sucks. I started my car search at the local Honda dealer looking at a Civic Hatchback. That dealer had thousands of dollars in "dealer options" stacked on top of the MSRP. They refused to sell me a car without the. at a Civic Hatchback. That dealer had thousands of dollars in "dealer options" stacked on top of the MSRP. They refused to sell me a car without the. I found out that ALL the area Honda dealers did this. These add ons made the cost of a Civic near the same price as a new Integra. So I went to Gary Force. Todd Murray greeted me and was not your stereotypical high pressure "what can I do to put you in this car today" sales guy. In fact, it was anything but. Very laid back and was there to assist me by answering questions and taking me for a test drive. I ended up purchasing a Certified Preowned Integra for less than the Civic was going to cost me. The F&I experience was fantastic and Trey Butler was awesome. He knew I was a veteran car buyer and he blew through the process in record time, including fighting with my bank to get my debit card daily limit extended so I could make my down payment. As luck would have it, there was a defect with my particular car. One that has not been widespread, but does effect a few units. The service department was excellent. They stayed in contact with me as they waited for the needed parts to arrive. Overall, I'm very happy with both the sales and service departments. More

Bought a certified pre-owned, paid cash. This was back October 7th and still have not received title or the tag. I’m amazed that I have been so loyal all these years when this place was managed by this guy. Lesson learned More
My wife and I have purchased several Acura automobiles over the years from Gary Force Acura. We have always been extremely pleased with the sales staff and management and totally trusting of Tim in Servi over the years from Gary Force Acura. We have always been extremely pleased with the sales staff and management and totally trusting of Tim in Service. Our most recent acquisition is an Acura MDX A-Spec model. We have owned two MDX models before this one. While we loved the other two, I have to say that this one is the most comfortable, bust driving, quietest car with the most superb handling of any that we have driven. The equipment packages on the A-Spec model were perfect for us. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping assist features seem to be dramatically improved over our 2017 model. Note that we have never had any significant trouble with our Acura automobiles. I can highly recommend Gary Force Acura to anyone in the market. More
