Horrible I brought me Jeep to them FOUR times! and it still has yet tofix my issue. All they said was we CAN'T get a code. Poor customer service At 7000 miles, my new Ram 2500 diesel had all but ruined the tires due to an alignment recall that had to be addressed. I rotated the tires at 3500 m At 7000 miles, my new Ram 2500 diesel had all but ruined the tires due to an alignment recall that had to be addressed. I rotated the tires at 3500 miles trying to correct the issue. When the alignment was done, I asked what they planned to do about the badly worn tires. Service said “FCA doesn’t warranty tires”. I took it in again at 15k miles for its first “free” oil change and asked again what the plan is to replace the now very bad tires due to the recall. The response was “we will pay for 2 tires if you buy the other 2 and pay for parts and labor”. How am I, the consumer, responsible for something that was caused by faulty equipment? This is just bad business in my opinion. Do what’s right and fix the issue, Ram. I buy a new vehicle every year and will definitely NOT be buying another Chrysler product or purchase from Gary Matthews. I DO NOT recommend this place of business. More

Their mistake, you pay Salesman sold us a truck and assured us it would meet our needs. Even the finance guy said it would after I repeatedly told them what I needed. They were supposed to have a page that we would sign showing it’s max towing, but conveniently didn’t. So we took it back in less than a month and they refused to lower the price of the only truck on the lot that met our needs. AND then reduced the price of the truck they fraudulently sold us by about $10,000. All with smiles and “Oh gosh-can’t believe the salesman did that to you!” NO-do NOT go to this dealership!! I truly feel outraged by the lack of customer service! More
