Bad service!!! Car went in for recalls they said they had all the parts. And they were to do a diagnostic test on it to see why oil was leaking. Well took car in on the 3rd of April at 8:30a.m. didn't hear anything about my car until I called which no answer wasn't closing time. I texted and finally someone responded my car wasn't going to be ready that day ok. 1st day missed work to put car in shop. 2nd day no one contacted me about my car so I called again no answer it's not closing time so I text and I get an answer car still not ready it's the end of the day and no one has contacted me about what's going on with my car second missed work again. Third day I called the recall center back and told them what was going on so they called didn't get an answer and finally got Tracy on the phone and got me a renter car. She said she didn't know that was going on. Said my car would be done by next week ok. Monday gets here I finally get a call saying my car is ready now this is April 8. Get there to get my car the oil cooler had been fixed but the recalls had not and then they didn't have the parts anymore after they told me they had the parts when I made the appointment. Then I was told they could fix one but I would have to call back and see if they got the part in a couple of weeks. I shouldn't have to call they should be calling me and telling me we have the part you need can you bring your car in. I was very disappointed with this service. More
Recall item Recall was submitted within time frame indicated. Didn't like the fact they have to weld the recall piece together to stay on but in the future if I Recall was submitted within time frame indicated.
