10 hours to complete 2.5 hour job This is just another of several unsatisfying service appointments. I was told by service department they would call me when the parts came in, well that never happened surprisingly. Must have been too busy to call the correct number leave a message or send a text. I've already spoken to service manager and provided a full list of concerns but if you need the FULL story as to why I left negative reviews via Facebook and Google call me.
