Oil Change, and Warrante Work Came in to do an Oil change, and had forgotten that when I had tires put on my car, and newer brake pads, that the techs doing that noticed an Oil lea Came in to do an Oil change, and had forgotten that when I had tires put on my car, and newer brake pads, that the techs doing that noticed an Oil leak from my valve cover, I knew the car was still under warrantee so I was going to let them know, well in my rush I forgot, however the technician let the Express line supervisor know, Thomas, then let me know then I explained I had been told this before by the other shop. Thomas reviewed my cars history and check warrantee, then took me over to the service advisors where Anthony put my car on appointment. I came in on a Saturday for early drop off, another service rep took my information again, found my appointment took more notes, for me about any other issues to look at, and informed me that Ryan would be my service rep on this work. The service department looked at my other issues and kept me informed, fixed the valve gasket, and replaced the water pump, as it was the noise culprit under the hood. Had the car back and been running fine ever since. More

Doubtful When I arrived at the garage door I had to go ask to be let in. I was told that they were super busy with recalls and apologized for not letting me in When I arrived at the garage door I had to go ask to be let in. I was told that they were super busy with recalls and apologized for not letting me in. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Surprisingly my vehicle was ready in 20 minutes. When looking over my bill I noticed an incorrect email address which had never been there before, which they corrected. When I set down in my car my seat was all the way forward. You could at least attempt to put it back where it was and my lights were turned off auto into the off position. Once again put it back like you found it. After I left the dealership I opened the hood and my cabin filter cover was half way closed. Also I have chrome wheels and there wasn't a single finger print on any of the 4 wheels. I have serious doubts that the tire rotation was even done. More
Unsatisfied 2 weeks after purchasing a new jeep grand cherokee it was taken in for a service light and tire vibration. The tires were deemed defective and we were told we had to take it to a tire place. The dealership did not warrant the tires. After making a 40 mile one way trip to an authorized Goodyear warranty shop and waiting 2 hours the problem turned out to be a tire out of balance. More
