It seems like you need to have purchased the vehicle from this dealer, if you didn’t you kind of get the “whatever” service. Lack of information hurts at times. As long as it is dealer or MOPAR parts you’re good, but the lack of service for parts non dealer related is horrible. If you don’t buy it from them, they won’t install it even if you have an IOU and contacts. Should tell you that up front before you load the accessories and go there. More
