Slow and sloppy Where do I start? This was my first experience with the Gary Mathews service dept and my first impression was of unfriendly staff who acted like I was Where do I start? This was my first experience with the Gary Mathews service dept and my first impression was of unfriendly staff who acted like I was an annoyance. The man I spoke to said they were busy and I should bring it back in the morning and shouldn’t need an appointment, so I show up when they first opened at 7 the next morning and they asked me if I had an appointment. I waited an hour and a half and all they did was test my battery and told me it was fine, but told me they still needed to check my other battery which would take up to 2 more hours. I said I can’t wait and would like to make an appointment to bring it back, but they didn’t have an opening for another week. When that appointment finally came along, it took them two hours to decide my battery was bad and they needed to replace it. When I got home I noticed my hood was sitting crooked so I.raised the hood to see why and found they had forgotten to put the battery cap back on and slammed the hood down on it and didn’t even notice. Needless to say, this was a very poor first experience with the service dept. Bobby was at least polite and apologetic for my wait. My car is still under warranty, so fortunately the only cost was time, missed work, and frustration. More

Then I wanted a front license plate for my jeep and they not only got the part in quickly but I went threw the express lane didn't have to make an appointment and I didn't have to Waite all day.
