They have a courtesy shuttle if you need to get somewhere while you wait on your car, and it will come pick you back up when your car is finished. More

They didn’t just try to sell me something I didn’t need but instead gave me exactly what my vehicle needed, to include the sales that were going on, sales in which I wasn’t aware of. Oil change went in for an oil change, got the oil change came home an park my truck in the garage. Two days later pull out of the garage and there was an big oil went in for an oil change, got the oil change came home an park my truck in the garage. Two days later pull out of the garage and there was an big oil spill on my floor. Open the hood and I notice that there was oil where the fill cap is an around it. Apparently the tech spilled oil down on the engine causing that spill to occur on my floor. That's what was told to me. It could have been a loose drain plug or filter I don't no because I didn't check it. But never the less I wasn't happy with the service. More

Not Empathetic I had to service my vehicle because it wasn't drivable and they had a 2 week wait to diagnose my vehicle. No feedback So turned in my 2015 jgc for oil and fuel change. It had limped in because the fuel filters were shot. It took them 6 days to change them out. During this time I received no feedback or updates during the time. They have this sweet texting service they send you your first message on and then don’t send anything afterwards. The service department says they are always back logged and understaff, every time I go there. I have been a handful of times. I would think you could send updates of progress or where I am in the que to get worked on would help. I talked to friends that said they avoid this dealership and go to the one in Hopkinsville or use car shops. More
