All other dealers tried to push me in other directions, or was totally unprepared when I showed up for my appointment. Greg had all the info I asked for concerning the specific vehicle I wanted to see, had other alternatives that were close to my specs, and made the purchasing process as simple as possible. Lack of communication Not a great experience at all from the poor customer service and communication down to the multiple quotes and estimates. Everyone gets busy at work but when you are too busy to provide good customer service and accurate estimates it puts people in a real bind. My vehicle would at least start up and drive for a short amount of time when I brought it in but since they had to take the engine apart and put it back together it is now in operable. 1st quote $598 then $825. Seriously? More
