I just made a long d Brought my jeep in for 100k maintenance, was hoping the service adviser would have gone over a 100k service with me, but did not. I just made a long drive from Colorado to Tennessee. I understand how appts go, as I work in a service department, I dropped my jeep off at 840am for apparently just a oil change, tire rotation, and spark plugs, that I recommended myself. I had to check in at 2pm for a update, but did not hear anything back until 5pm, when i was informed it would not be ready till Monday. I mainly am disappointed with the communication. Also, was informed i may need a back brake job, but I was never told a quote, my wiper blades need changing, I was not recommended that either, when I had my friend pick up my jeep, I was not giving a inspection list of the measurements for my brake pads or anything. More

Outstanding experience I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Gary Mathews and Dave Feltman and I have always been satisfied. Over the last 3 months I have purch I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Gary Mathews and Dave Feltman and I have always been satisfied. Over the last 3 months I have purchased 2 vehicles due to accidents that totaled our 2 cars. I was hit the Friday before Christmas and asked Dave to find me a good deal on a new or used vehicle and he was able to do just that and I had a purchased a Dodge Ram truck by New Years. I have to say that Dave Feltman came through AGAIN like a Champion. He also had Paul Horton assist as well and I would give them both 10 stars of excellence. I love my truck. More

WOW!!!!!
