Very Disappointed I drove out of my way to go to Gary Rome for service because, in the beginning, they were very helpful and friendly. Then when I started having some a I drove out of my way to go to Gary Rome for service because, in the beginning, they were very helpful and friendly. Then when I started having some annoying issues, they were still relatively friendly but much less helpful. Door panels started rattling and the passenger seat seemed like it was going to shoot out the moonroof because it was shaking so bad. I probably visited 15 times since the beginning of the year and not only did the fixes they attempt not solve the problems, but the most common phrase I heard was "there's nothing else we can do". That's pretty discouraging. Even after escalating to the service manager, nothing changed. I cannot recommend. So much frustration over such seemingly small issues. More

I went back a couple days later to get my inspection sticker and John was working he actually came in and got me after it was all set. He didn't need to that but he did. I could go on and on. I will only buy my cars from Gary Rome. Great job to all :) More

The process from test driving and and signing he made us feel at ease. He worked for us and for our needs rather then worrying about his sales. He worked with others at the dealership and made it a great experience for me. It was simple 2 day turn around from myself test driving to driving away in my CPO 2011 sonata. I'd like to say thank you Gary Rome for your valued employees and john for making it a smooth transition. More

I informed them that I didn't need a car right away, that I was shopping around and looking for the best deal. I went to the dealership and met with Larry Goldberg. He's very personable and dynamic and I felt completely at ease. I left there on a Friday getting a fabulous deal on a 2014 Sontata SE, fully loaded, and picked it up the following Monday. And, an added bonus of a large cooler on wheels and a gas grill - free. All of the employees are friendly, professional and generous with their time and information. After the drive I decided that the car, its features, and price were just what I was looking for. At no time during the visit did I ever feel any pressure from any of the staff at Gary Rome. As it turned out I ended up buying a Hyundai Sonata instead of the Elantra. Even though the paper work had already been put together for the Elantra the sales person had no objection to starting over for the Sonata. A thoroughly pleasant buying experience. Would recommend this dealership as well as the sales person (John Linnehan) to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. More

I was given back an unsafe car to drive My car went in for 15k miles service. Picked up the car to be told that the car has a blown strut and that's the vibration I'm feeling in the front e My car went in for 15k miles service. Picked up the car to be told that the car has a blown strut and that's the vibration I'm feeling in the front end of the car. I was told that the strut is on indefinite back order, and it's covered by warranty so it has to be a genuine Hyundai part installed. I was lied to and told this was safe to drive while we wait an "indefinite" time for the new strut to arrive. Indefinite because the strut is on indefinite back order.. Turns out not only is this car not safe, its doing damage to my tires. The very RUDE and unhelpful service manager Kevin Schechterle told me all he could do for me was give me an enterprise rental car to drive. Problem with that is, Enterprise charges $150.00 block on my debit card until he car is returned. Money I don't have. Kevin Schechterle seems to think that since he offered me an impossible solution which I can't afford, this relieves the dealership and himself of any and all responsibility for the damage to my tires and possible danger to me if the strut gives out. I should have never been given back my car to drive with a blown strut on it, and shouldn't have been told it's safe to drive when it's doing damage to my tires and could cause an accident if the strut completely lets go. I am so disappointed in the service here. It used to be really good, but since the arrival of Kevin Schechterle as the manager, the service has completely gone down hill. This is not the first time he's been rude to me, and I've had to get Hyundai corporate offices involved to resolve problems. This should not have to be the case. I'm very very disappointed. More
