I was referred to Gary Rome by a friend. While I was expecting the typical dealership experience - the one where the salesman does everything in his power to pressure me into buying a car on the spot, I expecting the typical dealership experience - the one where the salesman does everything in his power to pressure me into buying a car on the spot, I was surprised by a friendly, laid back atmostphere where I was treated more like a friend than a customer. My salesman Glenn made me feel cared about. He considered all the options with me, gave me time to process those options, answered my questions, and relieved any concerns I had. He gave me all the tools I needed to make a confident, informed decision, and made me feel comfortable in doing so. When I fell in love with a car that was just slightly outside my price range, Glenn and Ed made it happen - while still remaining within the confines of my budget. With an offer that was difficult to refuse, I was super excited and couldn't wait for the keys! When I came to pick up my car the next day, Glenn spent over an hour with me, setting up my bluelink and going over the extensive technological features my new Hydaui offered. He encouraged me to come back often, to learn more. Before I even left the parking lot, I received several compliments on my new set of wheels. I would highly recommend Gary Rome to anyone in the market for a new Hyundai. More

We were in the market for a second vechicle for the family. The plan was to buy a new vechicle, and keep our present vechicle as a vechicle for our daughter. I came in looking for a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. I was pleased to be remembered by so many of the staff and greeted by name. A the color and model Veloster I wanted was located for me and we went through the financing process. And I have to applaud Cliff and Jessica and Paul for doing such a great job! I got my new Veloster today (11/28/2012). I also spent some time in Service department and parts making appointment for my first free oil change, and buying some accessories. Paul spent over an hour going over the car with me to make sure I knew how all the many many options on this car work. I just cannot praise the staff enough! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman Paul Shannon!! You will not regret buying here! Its not just a commercial, you really do get treated like family, and having a place you can trust to buy and service your car is truly priceless! My dad loves this dealership so much he drives 8 hours down from Maine to have his Hyundai's major services done here! More
