I went by myself yesterday after work to test drive a new Santa Fe. I ended up buying it an hour later! which is a move that is completely out of character for me. I walked in and asked John to test drive a Santa Fe, he of course was more than willing to help. After driving John asked me what my position was and what my intentions were. I told him I was not buying today and was simply inquiring. I firmly believe that because John was so helpful, was so educated in his cars on the lot, and NOT pushy, that was the reason I bought the car when and as fast as I did. I showed up late and John stayed later than his shift and then also came in the next day, his day off, to finish up all of the little details for me and to get everything taken care of as fast as I was hoping. I rated my experience with Gary Rome so high because of my overall visit. From the very beginning I was greeted with someone who was both friendly and personable, Philip Lombardi.
