Mr. Hamel and his team have been exceptional Gary Rome Hyundai, I have always had a excellent experience with the Service Dept. at Gary Rome Hyundai. Mr. Hamel and his team have been exceptional with this and past appointments. The Service team checked out a suspected problem I was told about when I had my vehicle inspected at another establishment closer to home. They reported that it sounded like the front right tie rod was going. Asking Patrick to have the team check it out while they were doing my oil change, nothing was found. I was once again pleasantly surprised to find that I had no problem, and that the Service Team wasn't trying to sell me anything I didn't need.
