From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was impressed with the atmosphere. While I was an extremely busy day, I was not ignored. Ed Bourbeau, the general manager invited us to sit in his office while we wait for a consultant. We were offered a test drive which was awesome. My consultant was Jack Eisenstadt. He took time to talk to me, explain about the car and it's features, and the financing process. He made the entire process easy. Jack called early the next morning with the good news that I had been approved. I came in that same day and worked with Keith Beecher to get all the paperwork signed. Keith went over and above to get me the best rate. I was beyond excited to take my Tuson home. Jack got me 8 free changes and took me to the service area to meet everyone and made my first appointment. He got me new front mats for my car.. I made a friend in Jack. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. This is definitely a great place to buy a card. More

It wasn't what I expected. I gave you the five star rating because I'm a "good dobee". I was scheduled for a lube & oil change, a state inspection and a "tires for life" action I gave you the five star rating because I'm a "good dobee". I was scheduled for a lube & oil change, a state inspection and a "tires for life" action. I was told the wait would be 1 1/2 hours. After two hours, I went to the service desk to see what the hold up was. I was told "everything was done except the inspection". After an additional 40 minutes, I went to check again and was told that my tires would not pass inspection and they had to apply for new tires. At this point, I had an 11:30 appointment so they gave a loaner vehicle to go to my appointment. They called me around 4 pm to tell me that my car was ready. Although I was upset about the long wait, I was pleased with the final result which was to see that the "tires for life" actually works. Thank you! More
