Steve Maiolo got back to me promptly. We just spoke, and hopefully, he will be able to resolve a couple of issues to my satisfaction. He was understanding and willing to work with me, and validated my frustration and service records accordingly. Steve Maiolo has been incredible (Service Manager at Gary Rome)! He oversaw the direct maintenance of my car. Kept it for a week and made sure that everything was in order and fixed properly! They gave me a loaner car for the week, at no cost, and resolved my issues. I appreciate his kindness and loyalty to his word. My leak (which was actually six different leaks!) is fixed and my ignition was also fixed. Steve has also assured me that he is going to fix my heat resistor since it was not fixed initially. I truly appreciate all of his dedication and hard work, as well as the hard work of the mechanics who finally resolved these issues. I know there was alot of frustrations on both sides, and I'm hoping that this is the last of the problems!! Thank you to Steve and Gary Rome KIA/Hyundai for taking the time and effort to fix my car! -Tanya Bolston
