The salesperson I worked with, Rolando, defied every negative stereotype I had about used car dealers. Knowing that I was a two-hour drive from the showroom, he agreed to do all the negotiation on price upfront so that I wouldn't make the trip for nothing if we weren't in the same range. He asked me what price I would consider: I told him and he got it approved. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen so he went out to the lot, took detailed photos, and answered every question I had candidly. Dealers often advertise about wanting to earn customers' business--Rolando actually followed through with responsiveness, integrity and respectfulness that motivated me to make the trek.

It is rare that I've had occasion to visit a dealer for service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care and Wagner Kia was the closest choice. I was fortunate enough to encounter Stan, the service manager via telephone. He was cordial and quite genuine and I began to feel confident I was in good hands. Though my vehicle was not purchased there, he prioritized my repair and kept me well informed to it's progress. All in all I was treated well by Stan and his entire staff. Overall I can confidently say these are reputable folks with good intentions and you can feel good about visiting them for your Kia needs. The facility was quite nice b.t.w. exuding a sense of professionalism and permanence. Thank you to Stan and the fine folks at Wagner Kia!

I wanted a Kia Sportage XS Prestige because I was looking for a high-tech car, and I found just the perfect sales person in Anthony. He knew everything about the car, was able to give me some great hacks on how to do things even more easily. Zero pressure. 100% knowledge and enthusiasm. This entire dealership is great… Jason another sales rep was super helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jordan, the business manager stays on top of things and makes you feel right at home. Noah the first rep I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Josh in the finance office was a true professional as well! A lot of car dealerships claim that they are different… This one truly is - and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in the door. It started with my husband and I just looking. Our sales person was Maya and she was fantastic. She listened to our needs and our wants and found the perfect car for us. She explained how to use the equipment in our brand new Sorento and she even offered us some food!

Decent Volkswagen service for your Kia - rk6772

The Kia service center isn't in the Kia dealership; it's in the Volkswagen dealership next door, and it's not well marked. The "pull up and honk" service seems to be more "pull up, honk, then get out and find someone." But they did do a good job servicing my car. They even washed out my WeatherTech floor liners, although they were pretty wet when I got back in the car. The weird part is waiting in the middle of the Volkswagen showroom while your Kia is serviced. I'm surprised Kia allows that; you'd think they'd rather have Kia customers looking at shiny new Kias, not Volkswagens. The waiting area has two overstuffed couches and a TV. For sitting and waiting, they're comfortable enough. For trying to work while you're there? Not so good. Hard to find an outlet, the labelled Ethernet jacks don't work, and there's nothing resembling a place to put down your laptop. That seems par for the course for Kia dealers, but other makes having as many upscale features as a Kia usually have some place for people to set up with a laptop.

Have been servicing the car I bought there for five years. Last time I went there I had them them take snow tires off and put all season tires back on. I have since lost a lug nut off a tire and another lug nut is cross threaded and had to be cut off. This is just not acceptable from a dealership and I will not go back.
