I love bringing my car to kia in enfield! They are organized, pleasant, and I love the complimentary wash/vacuuming. This is my second round of service with them, the first time they helped with a new organized, pleasant, and I love the complimentary wash/vacuuming. This is my second round of service with them, the first time they helped with a new engine in my brand new car... Not a problem they caused or anything like that, just a faulty motor and they helped get it replaced under my warranty. And I didnt even buy it there, so I was glad they didnt tell me I had to bring it where I bought it. They also made sure I had a courtesy vehicle because I was going to be without mine for a while8. I just feel like they care about their customers and take their time to do quality work. I dont know a lot about cars, and i like that when they explain things they dont make me feel dumb and are patient with the questions I have. Its going to be a while before I need a new car, but I will be going to kia in enfield for sure. Thank you for all you do! More

They always are very attentive when you arrive for your service appointment. You never have to stand there and wonder who should I talk to or where should I go. There service appointment info is taken and then you're given a time frame for your service, which they are usually right on time with unless a problem pops up. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and they all wear masks and keep an appropriate distance. The prices for service are usually fair, although I think possibly a little higher on the oil change than say, a Jiffy Lube. But JIffy Lube doesnt wash your car, and GR does. The best advertising is by word of mouth, they say, and I recommend Gary Rome Kia of Enfield, CT to my family and friends. More
