Three hours waiting while tech sees if part is bad and time off work just to be told”yep bad part, we’re going to put it all back together and hand. The technician was quite upset and questioned why the recall service was scheduled when the part wasn’t there. Waste of his time and mine. More

The treatment I received was far below the level of professionalism and respect that I expect from your establishment. I encountered disrespectful behavior, a kind of rude language and dismissive attitude. I will never ever buy KIA in my life, nor I would recommend anyone. More
My first appointment was to have my headlights looked at as there was moisture inside & so by the time my appointment came.. there was no moisture & nothing was found.. but the problem still exists..
